PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTIONS

Before you sign anything, know exactly what you're buying. We inspect all major systems — roof, electrical, plumbing, appliances, structure, tires, and slide-outs — and provide a written condition report you can use at the negotiating table.

ANNUAL CONDITION INSPECTIONS

Your rig deserves a full systems review at least once a year. We catch deterioration early, flag safety concerns, and give you a prioritized repair list so you can plan maintenance before it becomes a breakdown.

How do I schedule a service call?

Call or text us directly, or submit a request through our Contact page. We'll confirm your location, describe the issue, and lock in a date and arrival window. Most bookings are confirmed within 24 hours.

How fast can you get to me?

For non-emergency maintenance and inspections, typical scheduling is 2-5 business days depending on current demand and your location. For urgent breakdowns, we prioritize same-day or next-day response whenever possible — call us directly for fastest dispatch.

What types of RVs do you service?

We work on all major RV types: Class A, Class B, and Class C motorhomes; fifth wheels; travel trailers; toy haulers; and pop-up campers. If you're unsure whether your rig qualifies, just call — we'll let you know upfront.

Do you bring your own parts?

We stock the most commonly needed parts and supplies on our service vehicle. For less common components, we source and order parts before your appointment whenever possible to minimize wait time. We'll always communicate parts lead times before starting a job.

How is labor billed? Is there a service call fee?

We charge a flat service call / trip fee for coming to your location, plus parts and labor billed at our standard hourly rate. We provide an upfront estimate before any work begins — no surprises on the final invoice.
